• Pick-up/drop-offs will now be at the back door, which you can access from S. Puget Sound Ave.

• -When you arrive, call and we will meet you at the back door. Dogs are to be dropped off in the back kennel, and you can remove their harness/leash/gear. Once you've exited the gate, we will come out of the doorway and grab your dog via slip lead to minimize contact. (We will always be wearing masks and recommend you do the same.)

• We are not allowing clients to come into the lobby unless they are paying.

• Digital Payments would be preferable- PayPal, Venmo, Facebook pay or Zelle. No checks or cash. 

• If there is any reason that this won't work, please message/call us and we will work to accommodate you and your furry friend.

During this uncertain time, The Muttropolitan will be following the guidelines set by the Governor during the "Stay at Home, Stay Safe" order. 

We are currently closed to walk-ins but we are still providing daycare and boarding by appointment only. 

For grooming, you can contact us to schedule for a later date because grooming is considered non-essential.
